Shumba Valley Lodge is conveniently situated 2km (1.2 miles) from Lanseria Airport on the Pelindaba Road (R512), the extension Malibongwe Drive (was Hans Strydom) is on the way to Hartebeespoort Dam.

From Johannesburg

Take the N1 Roodepoort Highway, then take the Malibongwe Drive turn off, turn right towards Lanseria and carry on until you eventually come to Shumba Valley Lodge on the right hand side, just before Lanseria Airport, on the R512 road.

Or take the Pretoria Highway, at the split, take the N14 Krugersdorp Highway, and continue until you reach the R512 Lanseria turn off, turn right and Shumba Valley Lodge is a short distance away on the right hand side.

From Pretoria

Take the M1 (Ben Schoeman Highway) towards Johannesburg until you reach the Krugersdorp off ramp (N14). Follow the Krugersdorp signs until you get to the Lanseria / Brits off ramp. Turn right over the highway. Shumba Valley Lodge is approximately 3km (almost 2 miles) further on, on the right hand side.

From Sandton

Take the William Nicol Road, over the concrete highway until you get to the Fourways Mall. Turn left into Witkoppen Drive and then right into Cedar Drive. Carry on until you reach the T-junction, turn left and then immediately right (follow the Sun City sign). Carry on until you reach the next T-junction and turn right (still following the Sun City sign). Shumba Valley Lodge is approximately 1km (less than a mile) further on, on the right hand side.
