Your venue hire includes the venue, cutlery and crockery, tables and chairs, tablecloths and serviettes and parking attendants in order to secure the safe-keeping of your guests cars. The chefs will cook the most palatable meals for you - set or buffet style, you choose! Guests can decide between a full cash bar or a set bar amount.
And to make your special day a truly memorable occasion, spend your wedding night in the Honeymoon Suite and you will receive a Champagne Breakfast in the morning.

For your conference, Hakunamatata offers a choice of 7 venues seating from 4 to 150 delegates depending on your requirements and the room selected. All standard equipment such as flip charts, an overhead projector, a pointer and a PA system is available in each venue. The breakaway rooms provide the ultimate in understated elegance and atmosphere for guests to study or exchange ideas.
Full and half day conferences are catered for which include tea, coffee and muffins on arrival and, depending on the package chosen a light lunch. A full cash bar can be arranged should your delegates wish to stay for drinks after a hard day's work.
